So the leaves up here in New England are starting to change and the air has that crisp feeling while the sun still keeps us warm in the day. It won't be long till all the highways and byways around here will be covered with New York and Canadian leaf peepers. So to celebrate fall here are my drink specials for the weekend.
Candy Corn Martini1/2 oz - Vanilla Vodka
1/2 oz - Orange Vodka
1/2 oz - Creme de Cocoa
1/2 oz - Butterscotch Schnapps
1 oz - Orange juice
Rim the martini glass w/ OJ & cocoa powder Shake all inexpedience & strain
Garnish with a piece of candy corn at the bottom of glass
Pumpkin Pie Martini
1 oz - Vanilla Vodka
1/2 oz - Creme de Cocoa
2 Tablespoons - Pumpkin Puree
Splash - Milk
Shake all and strain
Rim Martini with Honey and Graham Cracker crumbs Garnish with a dash of Pumpkin Spice or Nutmeg
Apple Pie Martini
3 oz - Vanilla Vodka
1 oz - Brandy
Splash of Dry Vermouth
Rim the glass w/ Cinnamon Sugar Garnish w/ a apple slice
